"Great place if you looking for cheaper appliance and reasonable fees. Bought a gas dryer for $ which is about the price for a brand new one but home depot, best buy, pc richards all charge about another - for delivery and installation. This place only charges $ for delivery and install and remove of old one. Reason why they charge less is cause the appliance have a dent on them, basically regular stores did the delivery and messed up the customer returns it so they have to sell it to these stores. Place comes with days warranty from them directly and 1 year from service provider. If you have issues they will send a technician over unlike other second hand places they require you to return the appliance to them which is a bit stupid. No issues with my dryer. Also they have several branches in ny so you should call all of them to see what stock they have as they don't have a central system. Reason for 4 stars was cause they came and install the dryer and there was a gas leak since my place is years old so they couldn't replace the pipes. I called them and they came back about an hr later cause they had to make another delivery and they fixed the leak afterwards. they were very polite and apologetic about it although their english is a bit limited."

Order it today get it tomorrow, where as the big box stores wanted 2 weeks or more! Easy choice to make and highly recommend. Happily do business with them again."
