Please don't fire him, but he misspoke the price and gave us a discount, because he felt it wasn't right for him to tell us the wrong price. The delivery was set between arrived early which was good! "Appliances 4 Less Jericho location did a great job with my recent appliances purchase (1 stove and 2 dishwashers). The manager Eddie and the delivery team took good care of me and the items which were delivered to two different locations. (One for drop off and the other for installation.) Eddie is the ultimate professional- he was patient and went over all the options with me to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Multiple LG models were reviewed with me, including pros and cons for each, so I felt extremely confident in my final choices. He is also very flexible. To top it off, the delivery team went above and beyond to ensure the dishwashers were in working order before they left. They were courteous, kind and respectful of my home. I was kept up to date with the timing of the deliveries throughout the day. I have never dealt with such a hands-on manager and exceptional delivery team- I will be a repeat customer for sure!
