"I had a great experience with Appliance Repair LLC out of Franklin, In! I had to share my positive experience. My husband works construction so I NEED MY WASHER AND DRYER. I do a lot of laundry. That being said, on Sunday afternoon my towels were not drying after being in for more than enough time. I realized that my dryer was turning on, spinning but no heat. Ugh. I have had a home warranty through American Home Shield for years and I appreciate having that piece of mind. Anyway, I submitted my service request late Sunday night and was emailed who my repair company would be and that I would be contacted to set up an appointment within hours. It was Appliance Network LLC out of Franklin, In. Instead of waiting for them to call me, I called them Monday morning once they were opened and asked if we could get my appointment scheduled asap. Candace answered and was polite and helpful and got me set up with an appointment Tuesday between . At about : on Tuesday, our tech, Michael came and was able to get my dryer fixed in less than minutes. It was my element that had gone bad. "We had an extremely noisy dryer (sounded like metal on metal) that was so loud i was worried it was going to catch on fire. I called and spoke to Jeff (who i found out was the owner) and he worked with me to figure out the probable issue over the phone. We scheduled a repair appointment, and he actually came out himself to do the work. As it turned out, it was exactly what he thought, so he already had the parts with him and fixed it on the spot very quickly.
