I went there to resolve a problem with a screen protector. The genuineness at the Genius Bar made me feel like it was my problem because I did something wrong …long story short version… this people have no clue about how to deal with customers . They do not give customers the benefit of the doubt.

The store only looks nice, Everything you need from Apple is here. Make sure you make an appointment for purchase of Apple products or Genius Bar for help with your Apple product. I found both groups helpful and professional.

Unprofessional stuff. They have no idea about phones neither customer service. I was at this store today. Because my IPhone shut down for no reason at 16% battery. “The technician” said that its normal nothing is perfect. He turned it on after pushing the buttons about 45sec. And at the end instead of being nice he just told me charge your phone and turned back and left.

I made an appointment for a repair and they told me it would take 20-30 minutes for them to finish. It actually took them 45 on top of that when they called me so I can pick them up they had me waiting in the waiting area for another 35 minutes even though they said my device was ready to be picked up on the phone. I had to ask someone to see what was going on and only then did they get someone to bring me back my device right away, that is ridiculous. Not one person said I’m sorry for the wait. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an apple store and all I’m going to say now is that I’ll never come back and neither should anyone unless you are just there to buy something. Take your repairs some where else.
