This office is repeatedly violating Colorado's surprise billing laws. I paid my portion of the bill, what insurance said I owed. I keep getting bills for the remainder even though I do not owe the remainder and they have been told this. The last bill threatened to send me to collections even though sending me this bill is illegal because they were an out-of-network provider at my in-network hospital for an emergency surgery. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

The incompetence of whoever owns this company is a joke the BBB and the state needs to revoke their license!! Their strategy is to send out bills without doing any work with the insurance company and let the customer do the work for them! I already work 40 hours a week now I have to guide this company how to do business
