Stole 3500 Manager refuse to give that deposit. Finally received speakers just for them to be defected stay away from them

We recently purchased a house that had a system that Apex installed. To figure out how it worked and upgrade as necessary, I contacted Apex. Absolutely horrible customer service in that I’ve been ignored - multiple calls that end up in a voicemail that no one ever returns, and emails unanswered over the course of a 2-week period. Not ONE return email or phone call. If you value good customer service, I would go elsewhere!

Selected these guys after doing some research about the best A/V installers in Austin. Wasn't disappointed. They did a retrofit of an existing setup and the entire thing went very smoothly. From the initial consultation through completion, they were professional and customer service oriented.
