"I needed an adapter to hook up a portable washing machine to my bathroom faucet. I went to two big box stores thinking they would have a wider selection of adapters for my needs. At both stores, it was nearly impossible to find someone to give me a hand, and then when I did find someone, they handed me the same adapter I showed them didn't fit. I decided to stop by Annie's Ace Hardware, and not only was I greeted upon entering the store, the person who greeted me alerted the folks in the back of my needs. I walked back and was given immediate assistance. The two individuals helping me were able to think outside the box to find a set of adapters that would work with the faucet I have. I got home, installed the adapters and it worked like a charm. This is the hardware store that I will go to first from now on. Thank you to the employees for great customer service and for taking the time to find something that would work for my set up. I highly recommend Annie's Ace Hardware."
