"I have been a long time customer here. Tonight will be my last time here. Crawfish are obviously not fresh. Overcooked. Crab was the same. This is disappointing as I have loved their food for YEARS. Don't waste your money here."
"If I could put 0 Stars, I would because this lame excuse of a restaurant definitely earned 0 Stars from us. First off, we were the only ones eating at Anna's during our lunch. We ordered 8 lbs of crawfish and 1 lb of shrimp. 5 minutes later, everything comes out. It was ridiculously quick. Everything was cold. The crawfish was squishy, the potatoes were cold and the corn was cold. The owner comes and talks to us and we let her know the situation. She offers to take the food back, but we thought she was going to make fresh new food. Wrong. Instead, they reboiled the same food and brought it back to our table even worse, now with no flavor whatsoever. One of the kitchen staff asked us what was wrong with the food? When we explained that the food was cold, she was very rude about the situation and told us ironically that "they must have cooked our food at our own house". We could have chosen other crawfish places that were on our way to Anna's, but we chose Anna's because we are long-time customers of theirs, but this recent visit was just unacceptable. The one thing that restaurants absolutely need to get right, is the food quality. Anna admitted to us that she had her kitchen reboil the old, cold food. That's not quality, and that's not good customer service. Get your act together, hire staff that respects your customers, or you will get beaten out by your competitors. Please avoid this place at all costs if you know what good crawfish tastes like."
"Food was delicious, but the shrimp still had shells. Since they were covered in a delicious garlic dressing, taking off the shells was taking off that dressing. The staff was super helpful and friendly."
"They are microwave-ing the crawfish ! Buyers Beware ! I saw a few bad reviews but thought it would be ok . NOOOOOOOOO! Clean place but they getting over on people. $ a pound ( get the hell out of here) taste is ok but if you watch the process you will want your money back. I do"
"My wife and I went here today! We purchased 3 pounds of seasoned Spicey crawfish, large shrimp and the seafood platter with catfish,fried oysters,shrimp and fries. They give you plenty to eat the food is evenly well seasoned and weighed in front of you. As soon as you walk into the place you smell the seafood goodness. They prepare the food right in front of you if it’s not preordered.the place is very clean and the seafood is fresh especially the shrimp they clean them very well.anna and her employees take pride in packaging your food to go neatly and no spills😅. They are hardworking and deserves five stars from my experience. I only paid for all the food I purchased and it was great. Thank you"
