"Kevin was wonderful to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Initially, I had decided to purchase the AS5. After my conversation with him, I decided to purchase the AS4. I'm glad he asked me why my I had chosen the AS5, and what my sleep habits were. Otherwise, I might have ended up on the wrong mattress. 4// I feel the need to add to this review. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is only fair considering the customer service I am receiving. I contacted Amerisleep on March to let them know the mattress wasn't at all what I was expecting. Of course, there was the push to try a different one, but I declined. I received an email with instructions for return. I followed the instructions and was told a delivery company would schedule soon. It took days for them to pick up the mattress. That would have been acceptable, but it wasn't because of scheduling issues. It was because the pick-up company kept flaking. Plenty of excuses and I lost a couple of days of work. Finally another company came. I contacted Amerisleep the day it was picked up, and asked what would happen next. Their response "Please note, that it may take up to business days to process your refund and notify your bank. After the refund is received by your bank, it can take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on your account." That's a long time in today's world of electronic payments. That was days ago and I'm still waiting. I guess I have to wait the full amount of time before I see a refund. The customer service and sense of urgency changes after the mattress purchase. I followed your instructions. The mattress was spotless. The pictures were provided. I would like my money returned to me. I have never had to wait for a refund this long."

Even after deciding to think more about the mattress, he offered to stay in touch and I'm glad he did! We were still considering other mattresses, and Kevin patiently answered any question I had via email, and responded in a timely manner. He went above and beyond, even at the very end when we finally decided to buy 2 Amerisleep mattresses. He personally helped me purchase the mattresses, explained everything extremely well, and even threw in some extra goodies for us.
