I have solar panels with them and my panels stopped working. I’ve been calling them since MAY and every time I call up Lee Smith keeps telling me he will put me on the list. The last time I called he told me he dropped the ball and forgot to put me on. That was the week before the 4th of July. The service is horrible. Would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys call you incessantly with automated sales robots to vet potential opportunities and when you finally get a live voice they hang up on you mid sentence if you already have solar or aren’t interested. Bad company and worse sales practices.

American Solar Partners installed our Solar system and did a terrific job on the installation, handled all the paperwork and stood behind everything they did. They are excellent!

I'm so upset at these guys! Upset that I wasn't able to meet them any sooner! This group is fantastic and everyone on the team does an amazing job! Very professional all around. We looked into solar for a while and finally pulled the trigger after my sister had her system installed. From the beginning, American Solar Partners explained everything to us and broke down the investment, time, and what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises throughout the process and now that our system is installed, I always look forward to seeing how low my energy bill is every month. Lee and his team are truly amazing and a real pleasure to work with. I just wish we had done this sooner to save even more money!

In less than 2 years since the installation by ASP, the system broke down. It took more than a week for someone from ASP to call me back after I contacted them many times about the problem. The person gave me an appointment for a technical team to visit my premises to troubleshoot the problem. The appointment was for two weeks after our phone conversation. I canceled plans I had for that day to be home for the technicians. No one from ASP showed up on the day of the appointment and no one called. I finally got in touch with the person who made the appointment and he explained that he couldn't find anyone who wanted to work that day. Very unprofessional and discourteous!
