I've been an ACE pro for 6 years with no issue. This year when I went to file my CECs they fraudulently denied them and refuse to fix the issue. I have filed a claim against them.

I would give this a 0 star if I could! I had a death in the family and they still told me I couldn't reschedule my exam and made me take it. The customer service was terrible, I could hardly understand anyone talking. The test was so overly difficult. I have a nursing degree and this test was harder than nursing exams. This is just a scam to get your money, then charge you again to retake the test. I would not recommend this place at all! Inconsiderate and just a scam, save your money and go somewhere else!

The ACE Health Coach Program will NOT qualify you to sit for the NBHWC exam, even though they have advertised that on their website. And much like the other reviewers, I had a terrible time with their customer service.

First of all trying to communicate with ACE is nearly impossible. Email and phone are worthless. I got through on my second chat. First ACE chat person just dropped the session. I spent $479 on a specialist program that was advertised as being accepted by the ACSM, but ACE cannot provide a course number because they don't really have any arrangement with ACSM. Unless you are ACE certified don't waste your time and money on CEC's from ACE.

Bottom line, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I currently hold a group fitness certification through ACE and I'm attempting to petition for continuing education credits in order to renew my group fitness certification (I've done this in the past no problem). I have been trying, for a month now, to talk to someone and explain the specifics of the graduate college courses I am taking, as it is a program most people are not familiar with. Instead of someone taking the time to listen, they have been leaving all of my emails and voicemails UNRETURNED. When I did finally get the chance to talk to someone, they disregarded my comments and told me that anatomy & physiology courses ARE accepted for CE credits, but NOT nursing A&P courses. They couldn't give me and answer when I asked how muscles of the human body are any different in a nursing class...newsflash ACE, they're not. At this point, it's not about who is right or wrong, it's about the complete disrespect and disregard for a PAYIN...

I teach at a local studio, and have regrettably referred many clients to ACE to obtain their certifications as well, I'll be finding a new company for referrals promptly."
