"I realized that my youngest daughter had a passport that was set to expire 1 week from our return date. FYI, passports for international travel need to expire 3 to 6 months of the departure date. I tried to get an appointment with federal building..no chance...I had. I needed it within 3 weeks. I went in and everyone working there was on point with giving me correct information. I paid a bit more than usual for this service but I went in faith. They told me I would get in right before my travel date which was 3 weeks! They lied! I got it within a week! I am beyond grateful to these people for being professional and clear with the process!"

"My mother went to Ambassador to expedite her passport for a two week turnaround not knowing that she could have done it in person at the US Passport Office in the Federal Bldg @ Wilshire and Veteran. She was charged an additional $ plus the passport fee of $ and the added $ to expedite that the US normally charges. She received no updates over three weeks, no order number, no returned phone call, or explanation of process. One week after she was supposed to have receive it, she went to Ambassador in person and was given the run-around and general rudeness from the person at the front desk and then the owner herself. Only after mentioning that she was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did she finally get them to refund her payment to them for "expediting" her service. A scam service that over charges you for what you can actually do with an appt. at the US Passport Office one- mile away!"

"Waiting over 2 weeks for a Saudi visa ( expedite service) I called the office 2 times today to at least send me the tracking number so I can believe you , till this time 3: pm I’ve NOT received anything, if the passport arrives next week , means they took almost 3 weeks . Will never use this office again"

"Very bad customer service I spoke with a Spanish accent type lady also hanged up in my face very very rude I was calm and collective when speaking with her so there was no reason for this She asked for my email and did not send email Was very rude cutting me off in my sentences .Their website is not up-to-date And also does not match information when I called them on the phone so website and phone call information did not match Would not trust their website or them because you will probably be paying more than you should I would either go with another agency or do the leg work yourself Very very poor customer service And reading all the other one star comments I want to say they're telling the truth won't do Business with them ever And I strongly suggest you guys don't either save your money I haven't done business with them yet but judging how they treat me on the phone and reading the other post like I said I'm going to go with another agency"

"Use this company ! I was two weeks shy of my honeymoon, and realize that my passport was about to expire. I went off of a referral from my father to use this business called them and they set me up on the soonest appointment they had only three days later. I received my passport delivered to my home less than week after the appointment. While I was there, the woman remembered me from 8 years prior, when I urgently needed a visa for travel. This is a First Class Family Business that we strongly endorse and would recommend."
