"After a month ashwood Park Apartments management ignores me even with a milldew problem I am ignored and told that they are not allowed to respond to me out of fear of being sued because I brought up my attorneys management is not helpful this company that runs managers do not provide adequate training and customer service skills to their employees."

Corporate did nothing and also stole from him! He was a worker in leasing at the front office. Corporate is not doing anything about the situation and now our family is having to take legal matters against the company."

"Had a great time living in Gateway Cedars until I had my final Statement. call in just just so they can explain my final statement. Had the pleasure (sarcasm) to speak to Kara Blakeney the Collection Manager. Very rude lady. must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She doesn't explain anything. She talks rudely and she clicks on you when you are asking questions. I was not rude at all. You guys should reconsider finding someone who has answer as well and not childish. Honestly she might just be having a bad day but it makes no sense for someone to be so rude like that. The fact that I took my time to write this speaks volumes. been trying to call back to know if they received my final payment and nobody picks up. Worse part my final payment is due in two weeks and i just got it yesterday."
