"The way they treat their customers is appalling. I would NOT recommend anyone order from here because if you don't get your shipment, it's a hassle to get a reshipment or your money back. This is AFTER it took them months to get me 2 previous shipment where the tracking numbers showed it was just at the post office and I ended up going to the location to pick up the order myself. I've given them enough chances and won't again. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. -Asha"

"I really like ordering from here, but lately the service here has taken a nose dive... I ordered products back in July and here it is going on October and I still have nothing... what's worse is they dont respond to my phone calls , emails, text messages.... but they will take another order for the same product? something is going on here... I'm willing to give them another shot, but I need answers update: I spoke with someone today. things are getting straightened out now. I will continue doing business here because the products are great. service is usually great also. I understand the changes... a response would have kept me calm"
