I order from them and have been to the location. it's usually enjoyable. today, I got a smothered burrito platter and the rice and beans were both undercooked to the point where they are INEDIBLE. I tried calling the restaurant and the calls will not connect so I can't talk to the manager. usually they just forget my $2 side of sour cream. today, is a new low."
