"Managers and service are sub par, unhelpful and would not recommend this location for anyone."

"I now live overseas so my time when back home in Houston is packed. I arrived at the store at 3pm well within their business hours for help with an expensive leather jacket that is separating at the seam. The store was full of staff (at least 5 people); however the door was locked. There was no sign on the door advising of any closure. Instead the staff just looked at me as I attempted to open the doors not realizing they were locked. No one came to the door to advise of any issues or closures. Poorly handled."

"The staff and management do not uphold the store’s hours. My fiancé and I arrived five minutes before closing time, and doors were locked. When we called to inquire about the closing time, Mercedes (store manager) provided multiple unprofessional reasons for the early closure."

"The only shop in town so they have a sort of monopoly, but their customer service is top notch. My only restraint is sometimes the lack of stock on certain items. I prefer not to order online if I walk into the store. Overall love the quality"
