"There services is exceptional quick and accurate. Used them previously and again this time for international translations of multiple documents with an Apostille issued by the Secretary of State to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. "I had a document that I needed translated and just happened upon this company by accident. I was skeptical when it showed that it could translate from so many different languages (or even provide and interpreter if I needed one). I emailed my document and within hours I received that translation for my approval or to correct any mistakes. I okayed what I was sent and within a week I received it with a notarized certificate, which included the person who translated it. The company was in constant contact with me and sent the document so I could trace it through the mail. I highly recommend them."
"I paid for Driver License's Translation. and I select 2 pages. After I paid $, which is an acceptable rate for me. Then they emailed me "after calculation, your documents took 6 pages, there will be $ cost of your order, would you like to proceed." First, I don't know how they think translating a Driver's License would take 6 pages. This means I need to show the police officer a book? Second, it's not the customer's responsibility to know how much pages it would take when making an order. Basically customer has no ideas how much would they pay when submitting credit card info. The company could have worked out a better way. Their website looks professional, but the customer services do not say anything polite, not even a "thank you." The agent begins with "You need to....." and then ended the chat immediately. This company is really genius. I am responsible for what I've commented here , the transcripts of chat were also kept."
"They made a mistake on my birth date and refused to correct it. They asked me to pay it again since they no longer had the file. I have it and sent to them, but they still wouldn't do it. Very hard to work with. In the answer below, they're saying we never sent them the original, which is a lie. Please send me an email address I can send the original copy too and I will update my review."
