No one "loves" the mortuary or cemetery, but neccessary for when your loved one passes. The grounds are better kept than other cemeteries, because of the drought. They use reclaimed water so that helps keep the grounds green. Thirty+ years ago my grandmother passed, 7 years ago my father and now my mother is resting in peace right next to her husband, my father. Someone said it is a business, yes it is, it is expensive. But we had insurance for my dad, my mothers was prepaid, they have plans you can purchase right now. No one wants a family member or friend to pass but death is a part of life. The people here were all amazing, Judy and Mark, who also helped us with my father's services, the front desk, all professional. You're going through the most difficult of times, they were there to guide us, we did everything in one place, in one day. The viewing, the mass, the burial, and a small reception in their reception room. So my suggestion to all is to preplan it, it breaks my...

The restrooms and the lawn upkeep of All Souls has gone down hill ! The amount of money the cemetery makes and no changes are done with the look of their restrooms is saddening . Going to a place where you are going to see a loved one and be at peace it gets ruined once you walk into a restroom under this condition . This has gone from a weekend problem to a weekday and weekend problem . The amount of money the cemetery makes and theirs is no fund going towards the upkeep and look of what’s visible to the eye and what’s behind the scenes such as restrooms . The lawn maintenance is not as present as before . The grass is drying out in many areas . The grass doesn’t get watered daily and the consistency of getting the grass cut on every Thursday is rare . There’s a lot of upkeep problems that need to be addressed

I wish I could put negative stars, this is the very worst cemetery I have ever dealt with. Went there met with the staff was looking for a place to put my mom to rest, was told if she wasn't catholic she is not welcome here. This is the most RACIST AND PREGITIST place i have ever seen. Was going to file a lawsuit against them but chose not to only hope if I can detour someone from not doing business with them will please me.

This is a least the third time we have visited my sisters grave. We have paid for a vase twice pluse once when she was buried. Witch makes it three times. yet every year we visited the vase is gone. Now I live a long ways away. Like Alaska. I can't be just dropping buy. But i do have family here. They check for us. My large family has visited her at least five time in the last 7 years and Everytime we stop and talk to the care takers they have a different excuse why the vase or flowerswepay for is not there.. We pay for flowers every month. There excuse is, its Over grown is classic, someone stole it, the lawn guys had to remove it, you did not pay for it. They say pictures of the vase installed are not proof that you paid for it.. we have lots of proof, not including recepts, insert sarcasm here, so i get it, we paid for somone to install a in ground vase that doesn't work there. Do you realy think we are that stupid. We had to go in there to find out how to have one installed....

Horrible customer service. Gave then the benefit if the doubt but yet again horrible service they do not care about your family members they just care about getting paid. I would suggest finding a different cemetery to burry your loved ones. Absolutely absurd experiences. Also took my grandmas check and then proceeded to tell her she never sent the money for my grandpas services. Also made us choose a spot and once we were happy with the placement then they told us he wouldn’t fit there.

My mom got to select everything she wanted for herself, we added music, dove release and the reception room. It was well organized and we are so appreciative to have them there to help us."
