"The worst place to choose for dental needs. They are not reliable at all. I am waiting for a dental surgery since 5 weeks. They keep canceling my appointment. My insurance already contacted them,everything is okay. Last week they told me to come today at am to do it. Guest what, they just called me and stated to come at 2 pm instead because they have another patient at am today. It's a joke. I am going somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO ALIVIO DENTAL guys!!!!!"

"Terrible! My mother in law was waiting for 4 hours In a room. Why have both walk in’s and appointments?? Doesn’t make sense! Also doctors were saying her personal information out loud around other patients! Huge Hippa violation. Very unprofessional. Her doctor was not very friendly seemed very nonchalant and very bluntly rude I think he is the surgeon there. Not sure. An older guy with white hair. I’ve heard bad things about him from friends and other family who have gone there, they all say the same, terrible place and very expensive for no reason. My mother in law decided to never go back!"

"No idea why I bother to made an appointment two days before if they will do me as they want and not respecting my “appointment “;we have jobs and things to do besides waiting for an hour to be seeing by a decent doctor ,if we come here is because we don’t want just the Tylenol they give at the majority of the hospital around Indiana,we pay for this it’s not for free and trust me we don’t come to enjoy your facility views the majority of us feel sick and we desperate seek for any type of help to feel better.I definitely believe service should get improve ,you guys have potential to be one of the best hospitals in this city if only you could pay a little bit more attention to the patients and try to organize your times so we don’t waste ours.
