I would be ashamed to work for a company like this one.

3/24/22 I now have no trust in Alert 360. The local service tech came with only one sensor because he said that was all that was sent by 360 for my job. With my permission, the local installer took the garage sensor to replace the front door sensor. They used the sensor they brought to fix one of the bedroom windows. I will need to wait until 360 sends another sensor before garage sensor can be replaced. This is insane! I don't have full security coverage and I need to wait again and hope the local installer gets the sensor in a short amount of time and marked correctly for my job. 3/16/22 After I posted a one star review, below, I was contacted by 360 with an apology for the poor service and was given compensation if I would edit or take down my first review. I agreed and am now at a 4 star until the service is performed next week. 3/16/22 I called Alert 360 about a month ago (on a Thursday) because some of my sensors would always be in bypass mode. Buddy was such an incredible person to help me. He was extremely professional and kind and was able to help me me and it go smoothly. A genuine soul who’s goal was to help me in any way. This guy is an mvp Forsure who’s dedication to helping me and it showed. A huge asset to this company

We’ve been with them since they were Central Security. Terrible at repairs. Our alarm would not stop going off. It didn’t notify them. They waited 3 weeks to get back with us. They can’t upgrade it so they just canceled us because now we are out of their range. Left us high and dry with no notice. It’s no fun trying to reach them either.

The Tech who fixed our issues was great. Very polite and knowledgeable plus worked smoothly and neatly. I believe he said his name was John. He explained what had to be done and after the work was done did a very good job demonstrating what the new parts and changes differences worked. I would ask for him for any work to be done. His work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations....

I spoke with a tech for about 1.5 hours and he couldn't figure it out so he suggested I request a ticket for a tech to come out. They sub to local providers (not ) I called the local company the following Tuesday to see if they received the work order and they hadn't. I called again to find out that the person who is responsible to send the ticket was out on Friday so no ticket was issued. I asked them to follow up to make sure a ticket was issued. After a week, I called the local tech to find out what was going on and they told me they received a work order without enough contact info for me on the ticket from . We both then contacted and I had to explain once more what my issue was. The local company told me that they needed to wait for info and parts from . I called the local company after another week and they still hadn't received the parts. The following Thursday I called the local company to find out what was going on. They called me back on Tuesday to say that it took them a few days to find the parts for my job because they were mixed in with parts for three other jobs and the parts were only marked with one work order which wasn't mine. Finally we have an appointment for the local company to fix the issue."
