"At first I was hesitant after reading these reviews but for whatever reason, I kept coming back to Alamo Auctioneers site. I viewed their on-line lot and watched the posted videos too (thanks for that additional layer of visual info!) and I did go onsite Friday to PREVIEW their cars. Granted, I wasn't impressed as soon as I turned into the lot, but looks are deceiving! I arrived right around a.m., a young couple were just leaving, so I had the whole lot to myself! :) I immediately met Allie, we talked, she even took the time to explain in detail how to read the written code information on car windows...nearly 2 hours flew by! "PREVIEW DAYS" are just that, you go, look & ask questions so that you know what you'll be getting into or not. By the end of my onsite visit, I knew what car I would be bidding on the next day. Auction morning came and here I gooo.. Of course, not all cars are going to be in great running condition, there will be a thing or two or three wrong, but during the auction, Mark (owner), would state during the bidding process if something was wrong (i.e, missing key, catalytic convertor, exhaust issue, etc) so buyers are aware of any issues at the time. I did bid on a few cars and ultimately won 2 bids and am so pleased with the purchases! Thanks to Mark, Allie, Marco, & their entire crew, they made the entire bidding & buying process a great experience, at least for me. Looking forward to another in the future! Keep up the great work guys!"

"They did listen to my concerns and it has shown in how they list their auctions. Nothing hidden to cause issues with online bidders! If that changes again in the future this will be updated!"

"I bought 3 car from them the selection is always great and all my cars drove home no problem some aren't as good but they start the cars so you have a chance to have a good idea of you want to bit or not it open for anyone no I don't work for them no favorite spot for car do buy at a lot place you bid here"
