What a joke this place is. Agter sitting in the waiting room for 50 min past my apt. They come out and tell me it will be atleast another 40 minutes. Never again at this place. So rude.

I'm not sure why this location (Grant Avenue) gets such a low rating and reviews. I had my test done here about 2 months ago and it was a plesant experience. The staff was friendly and courteous and the facility was as clean as any other medical facility I've been to.

This review is for your MRI Tech Michelle Cehlar. I don't have words to express how she helped me throughout my MRI. I just knew I couldn't complete the tests because of my claustrophobia which brought on high anxiety. Michelle didn't give on me and I was able to complete my tests. Five stars is nearly enough. Akumin, you have a gem of an employee when it comes to Michelle Cehlar!!

I went to this facility (on Grant) to have a CT Scan and was very impressed with the personnel and level of service received. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking their services.

So I had to score this a 3 and I'll explain how my score evens out. So you must wear a mask but front desk did not wear theirs which I thought was odd. The one older woman with dark hair and olive complexion in particular wasn't very friendly and since your front desk staff is your first impression...I did not feel very welcome at all. In her defense though, I was late to my appointment due to having to pull over to vomit but I did call and tell her that I'd be a few minutes late. So who knows, maybe that's why she's came off that way. For the ultrasound tech Joanne, she gets 5 stars! She was gentle, kind, friendly and informative. The office was very clean. I would have reviewed 5 stars but I had to minus 2 stars for the woman at the front desk and that's how this score evens out for a total of 3 stars.
