Never go there, please listen to me guys. We don’t have option to give zero star or else that was my opinion. Went there to fill my tank and the guy was already furious at me for showing up at 4:30pm as the store closed at 5:00pm. I forget about the service as I thought he might be having a bad day but that Mister gave me an empty tank too. Now you all decide what do you want.

I spoke to someone on the phone before coming over to make sure they would be able to exchange my 20# tank since it would be very close to closing time. I showed up at 4:15 pm. I brought my cylinder in to the back up to the service desk(whoops! Do not bring the tank past the gate). I was told to bring the tank back outside. By then the clerk had already glanced at the tank on my shoulder and determined it was "old as dirt". He informed me that there was nothing he could do for me. The tank needed to be recertified and that was not something they did. I asked if they had tanks for sale and it turned out they were out of stock. So I called up AWISCO in maspeth and they said they would be able to help help me out but charge me a $35 recertification fee. Fine by me... a few short moments ago I thought I was SOL. I got to AWISCO and the experience was flawless from start to finish. And guess what? No recertification fee either! Things are looking up. If you're a novice like me, try AWISCO i...

Tech air used to be called presto. I think it's still on some of their signs and documents. Anyway, I found these guys doing a search online and needed to fill my CO2 cylinder. I walked over and the shop is pretty informal. I walked right into the area where all the tanks were. Im not sure if this was the right thing to do but the guy who greeted me didn't say anything. Instead he was very nice and took my cylinder, put a sticker on it that was missing and filled my cylinder. I watched the whole process which consisted of placing the cylinder on a large scale and filling it until the weight was correct, which is 10lbs in my case. Then he gave it some leak detection solution just to double check, cleaned that off and lead me to another area where I was given a ticket to take to the service desk to pay. The guys there were busy so I wasn't helped right away but that's fine. When I was helped they were very nice. My 10lb cost me a little over $27 to fill. They accept cash or card. I'll be...
