Great place to train and great training program. Something I want to highlight about Zach's coaching is that he always takes the time to correct and assist each of his students. This might sound obvious but I've been to gyms where this definitely doesn't happen. Zach has really helped me along in my training, and offers constant feedback to help me improve. Really can't say enough good things about training here. Definitely recommended it as both a great intro program for beginners and excellent training for more advanced students.

Mr.Agoff is an awesome teacher. Friendly but also knows his stuff. You also get a way better workout than just going on a run or just going to the gym. If you're looking to add some kickboxing skills to your repertoire this is the place.
