Here are some reviews from our users.
"This is an amazing local business that provides excellent amp and guitar repair and has some amazing vintage gear. They fixed my amp twice and only charged me once which was extremely kind. He also used to build guitars with my dad at Mahoney‘s so I am a little biased."
"Jim is a master. He replaced a pre amp in my Takamene guitar. No one else in town knew what to do. I trust him with all my guitars. He is amazing. Thanks Jim."
"A fantastic location with truly talented and skilled staff. They are a part of the community and they were always there for me during a trying time. Strongly recommended and truly the pinnacle of the value of small businesses. I wish I could find email contact info to send some images. I am in need of minor repairs but it is difficult to find the time to go in."
"Jim had restored and set up my ’s Epiphone Strat (yeah, i said it) quick and at a reasonable price! Now my guitar plays and sounds better than it ever has. I’ll let this man set up any of my guitars, any day. Thanks, Jim!"
"Advanced guitar is one of the coolest music stores I’ve ever been to. Not only do Jim and Shawna provide top-notch repairs, but the store itself has a number of guitars and amps that are amazing. Jim worked on two guitars and a Mesa Boogie amp. On one guitar I wanted the action lowered further after the initial work was done. I simply brought it back to Jim and he fixed it for me while I waited. Also, this was done for no additional charge. As mentioned the store is full of vintage guitars and amps. Rather than going to Guitar Center, check out the inventory at Advanced. I can’t praise this place enough Do yourself a favor and go there"
