"Called advanced gas fireplace repair and got an appt for the following day. Unlike Joel’s fireplace repair this guy actually showed up and on time . Charlie was very professional and he had to take our fireplace completely apart to figure out the problem but he did. After he replaced a part and put our fireplace back together he added his own touch and put embers and sand in it to make it look times better. We didn’t ask for this and he didn’t charge us this is just something he did knowing it would improve the aesthetic‘s of the fireplace and boy did it ever. What a nice gesture and he was in and out without issues. If you want a hassle free experience in getting your fireplace working again this is your guy! Thanks Charlie and advanced fireplace repair."
