Always a terrible experience just went in the morning to ask for a part and the price in store versus online is different and they constantly give you wrong parts. Associate looked at me for a few minutes before asking me if I needed anything and then told me they don’t have any loaner parts when previously they have loaned me parts (socket set). Customer service is never 100% can vary by day of the week.

This place is good for buying car parts, but hope to God your ups package doesn't get sent here..... It's like a maze of packages when they have to look for it.....

I would like to give a big Thanks! To the girl working on veterans day! Excellent customer service! Took the time to help me get the tool I needed! She went the " extra mile" to help me! Ty. keep up the good work!

My car fob died went to get a battery for it and the staff put the new battery in for me.

Very nice store with a wide selection in the detailing department. Found a very nice deal and this was the only store in the state that had the part
