"Went in and bought 2 toys about 2 months ago, the salesperson made a point of telling me that they don't know what the warranty is on one of the toys, but on the other one, because it is an Adam and Eve branded toy, I could just bring it back if it stopped charging (Red flag that I missed, should've been wary when she eluded it was a likely option, but it looked like a really fun toy) lo and beyond it recently stopped charging, so I thought it would be super simple to swing by the store and get it replaced or something, however when I got there, todays salesperson told me the previous person lied to me, and told me to go online, so I guess whole experience is extremely hit or miss."
"I will not be going to this store again. The product that I could have ordered on line from Adam and Eve cost me $ more at the store. That mark up is crazy. Very disappointed. I will be ordering online or from Amazon from now on."

"My experience in store was very pleasant. The store associate and manager made me feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. I was purchasing a gift and I never even considered if the person receiving the gift had any skin sensitivities. I am so glad that I was completely transparent with what I needed with the employees, because I would’ve felt so bad if my friend had a reaction from the gift I bought! Yikes!"
