"When you call this company you always get the answering service from a call center, they have no clue about anything and are useless. I had my first appointment this morning, when I get there the waiting room is full so I ask if there will be a long wait, the receptionist tells me no, just a few minutes. I fill out the paperwork and wait, minutes later I ask her what is the delay, she tells me the doctor is delayed by another half hour . What? you could not tell me this when I got there? I left. This is another factory where nobody seems to care about anybody's time. Their motto must be : Just fill up the schedule and let them wait... ... no thank you."
