When our 19-year-old furnace gave out, the day before our CO temperatures dropped to single and negative numbers, we called Action, Inc. They had done a great job of replacing our water heater and they did just as good a job in this case -- actually better. They had a technician at our place within hours of our first call. That friendly and informative man diagnosed our problem (dead furnace) and gave us options for a new one. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive unit. We were top priority the next morning (one of the coldest days so far) and the two technicians who installed our new furnace were friendly and efficient, including a thorough cleaning up before they departed. Additionally, communication with their headquarters and the woman who we talked with was timely and friendly, giving us a heads-up when the truck was coming and understanding our dire situation. We whole-heartedly recommend Action, Inc. for your furnace and water heater problems/replacements!

Don't call these guys. A simple HVAC service call results in them recommending a full furnace replacement. They didn't even try to diagnose a furnace problem. Just looked at the system and said due to the age of it it can't be worked on and needed to be replaced. Found another company that determined the 24V transformer was malfunctioning. Replaced the transformer and furnace is now functioning normally.

Frank and Edwin from Action Inc. were on time, communicative and fixed our dryer very quickly! They were here next day and got the job done within just over an hour. We will use them for our services in the future :)

These guy's tried to charge me way to much for a simple fix of my furnace.There used to be a time when people did honest work for honest pay.I see this is not the case no more its all about making more money and providing less.
