"Highly recommend this for anyone who's serious about acting"
"bad class and hes a liar, i took this class the end of around October and all this guy does is tell you something you can find on google or in a book. Save your money this class just tells you to audition for agents doesnt even give you any sort of connection whatsoever you would think a year old aspiring actor would atleast have connections in a city hes been acting in for + years but nope. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. ps. Hes a liar he says he did a commercial with Peyton Manning that I swear I couldnt find and he also claims he helped some students that I also couldnt even find any history between the two"
"Trust me, If you take this class you WILL regret it as it is a waste of time after the first couple weeks (i quit after week 4 and found a new coach) and the rest of the class only consists of him criticizing every little thing you do. Hes too sassy and if i could rate this 0 stars I would"
"Acting In Columbus provides students with an incredible opportunity to learn the craft directly from acting couch Richard Mason. As an actor himself, Richard understands what it truly takes to channel a convincing performance and can guide students on how to break through in the industry (locally, regionally, and nationally). His impressive accolades as a professional include an MFA from the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, several acting credits on IMDB (+), and teaching experience at both Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, England and The American Conservatory Theatre’s Young Conservatory. I took his Acting Fundamentals for Beginners class earlier this year in hopes of better understanding the mindset of an actor in order to strengthen my skills as a director. The tools I walked away with after the eight-week course were well beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend this program to anyone! Whether you’re an aspiring actor, writer, director, or maybe even someone just looking to try a new creative outlet, Acting In Columbus will absolutely enhance your instincts and sharpen your performance. Stop THINKING and start DOING."
