"Very unreliable... pickup was always late and my wife never got to her appointment on time which cut her physical therapy time short. One year later and still bad service, trying to get another company.SMH"
"Act ambulette provided me with quality services. It got me to and from on time. The driver was very professional and helpful. Will use their services again. Customer service that was provided to me over the phone was respectful, and prompt. As a home attended i can say for sure that this company provide two men assist, where they assort elderly patients to and from. in some cases patient’ s building had no elevator and they still helped patient with no hesitation. They were available during holiday season."
"I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I was totally impressed with their service. The ambulette was on time, the driver phoned ahead to let us know when he was coming. He was so courteous and caring and let my year father feel safe and comfortable. Thank you JR! I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Not such nice Vans some with no AC in degrees while transporting the sick and elderly. Your seats are barely attached and some seatbelts do not work. SERVICE AND FIX YOUR VANS! SENIORS ELDERLY and PATIENTS on fixed income most who travel w HOMECARE WORKERS ARE COUNTING ON YOUR TRANSPORTATION. Safety is #1 for every client and worker. Most drivers are great and need to be safe as well. Thx"
