"I just moved into the Acoma about 2.5 weeks ago. When I showed up to move in there was a big mixup with the apartment I was suppose to be moving into. Alba Jaquez was working with me and she went above and beyond to make sure she got me situated into a new apartment. She empathized with my stress, and wanted to make sure my moving experience and thoughts on the Acoma off the bat were strong. She went the extra mile for me and absolutely didn’t have to do that! Her professionalism, kindness, and true sense of understanding was something I was absolutely blown away by.
