"I’ll go out the way to come to this Acme because the staff is friendly. NOT the lady who stands at the door and stare at you while checking out, that’s rude btw and I won’t return if this happens again. Everyone else—staff at deli, self checkout and stocking are all pleasant"
"I frequent this location in Snyder Plaza, along with another Acme location in Passyunk Square. Sometimes they both seem quite different, though they're the same corp. I find the one in Snyder is a little bigger and layout better. They're similar in prices, which nowadays is higher than places like Shop Rite or Walmart but cheaper than going to places like Whole Foods. I love their fresh bread rolls etc.. they go fast so get there early."
"After walking over to me the woman at the front desk greeted me, heard my question out about cigarettes and availability, and walked over to the cigarettes to come back and answer my question. However upon my request to purchase she now decides to tell me that she can’t help me without a mask on… Rather than curiously ask the questions to retaliate like why now is she suddenly deciding to tell me that, why start helping me at all when there is no way she didn’t notice before we began the transaction, or are you kidding me lady- I simply said I don’t have I’ve but if she could provide one I’d wear it. She said no. Fine 💁🏽♂️ I was on foot in the rain that day having car troubles- thanks for making a bad day worse!"
"The ACME is my go to grocery store. I like their meat department. The products are displayed nicely and are fresh. I also like their fish department. I like the fact that you can get your shrimp seasoned and cooked while waiting. This comes in handy at busy times of the year and it's really good. The cashiers, many who have been there for many years are so very nice."
