"David, who I believe was the manager was AMAZING! The staff member at the counter to retrieve your rental car was super friendly, but he got pulled away to assist another staff member in locating a vehicle. Rather than having us wait longer, David came out to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about the area, gave great advice, and made us feel for the first time all day, after numerous negative travel experiences, that he cared about our time on vacation and he went above and beyond to assist us in getting into a vehicle quickly, painlessly, and affordably. We actually cancelled another car reservation while at the airport after we landed because it was so awful and David just reset our vacation and helped us start fresh! The car was great; reliable; and we would certainly rent from them again. Thank you to all the ACE staff members, and especially David for his kindness and enthusiasm in getting our vacation started the right way! Thank you all!!"

"The shuttle from the airport comes about every minutes and there is ample space for your baggage. Once you arrive picking up your car is easy. Be careful not to buy any extra coverages you don't want as the sales clerks are the best that I have encountered on double speaking and not using terms (like insurance) that would tip you off on the upsale. The toll package might be the only thing you might consider buying to not put up with the hassle of getting cash for the tolls as many of the exits for the theme parks in the area have tolls near them. Also they charge you extra if someone else will be a listed driver so make sure whoever is driving is the card holder. I saw 3 familes have to deal with issues over that. When you check out they direct to a table to get your ticket,but its a timeshare scam so keep that in mind. PLEASE BE SURE TO VERIFY ALL DAMAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Every car that I eyballed had dings and scratches including ours. There was damage on every part of the car. Also as soon as we hit the road error messages started going off on the vehicle. For us it was a low tire alert and looking at the tires you can tell they were dry rot and have never been serviced. The car was fine,but the day it was due to be brought back in the low tire error went off again. I think its a slow leak,but I doubt they will address it. Dropping off the vehicle was painless. They didn't check anything to be honest. They didn't do a walk through or check the gas level. I would take pictures of the vehicle and of your ticket where you marked damage amd hold on to those until you get your final email receipt. I have dealt with smaller rental places before and they will pull funny stuff on you after the fact sometimes. If you're trying to save a buck and know the ins and outs of dealing with rental car company tactics I say give these guys a try. Also another thing I witnessed if you are late by 2 hours they cancel your reservation. And if you link your flight to the rental and the flight is canceled they might cancel your rental too. We saw people have to make new reservations on the spot because of this"

"Not happy with the service at all. You may be getting a 'bargain' but at a cost. No, this is not on MCO property and you can be waiting upwards of an hour for a shuttle (non-holiday and not during high traffic hours). If you call, you get routed to a machine that doesn't give you an option to go forward. We (and by that I mean 3 families) had to call the number from our reservation email to be routed to the store directly. Once connected (after being hung up on), we were told that the shuttles usually run minutes. Again, we had been waiting for an hour and the other companies had picked up three times already. When we actually got on the phone with a person, he was absolutely rude and did not care about our concerns or that we had reservations elsewhere that we had to cancel and pay a fee. This person, who was at the counter when we arrived, hung up on me mid-sentence. If I could give a negative review on service for this one person, I would. I honestly feel pity that a team of seemingly great people have to work with this one toxic person. The woman who actually helped us out (blonde) was actually very helpful. Update: Our rental smells like cigarette smoke. The car has been been in an accident and hasn't been serviced in about 7 months. After one day, all these error lights popped up."

"I was very happy with Ace car rental. I got into Orlando very late due to a delay. My shuttle arrived within 5 min and the driver was very nice. I was in and out of the car rental establishment within minutes. My car was great with very few miles. Dropped off the car at the end of my trip and it took less than five minutes. Shuttle was there and I left. Great and efficient service. Thank you for making that part of my trip easy!"

"The best car rental experience ever!!!!! I got in after midnight with my 8 year old son. I was already scared because this was my first time traveling alone with him. I got picked up and the people were so nice to us. We get there and we were taken care of. The guy explained everything to me. The price was not bad at all. We brought the car back and that was extremely easy. The car got checked and we were done. I’ve been to other car rental places but this is by far the best. I was hesitant because they aren’t that known. I am definitely coming back to this place when I fly back to Orlando."
