"What a poorly managed store! I spent over a half hour waiting in line to check out, as there were at least people waiting and 1 cashier. Adding insult to injury, there were plenty of employees standing around, including the store manager. When someone in line confronted the store manager, he simply shrugged his shoulders. Here's a concept.....how about getting off your rear end and helping your customers!"
"Walked in to buy a lot of heavy goods and after not seeing any carts I asked the greeter if he had any. He said they only had seven for the whole location and I would have to find my own. After trying to find the price of a good I could not, and none of the price scanners were working. I then carried the heavy goods from one corner of the store to the other to a large line. I then set my things down and the caps were not screwed on and about a hundred bbs fell on the ground. The cashier asked if I wanted to go get another I said yes but then that I would have to wait through the line again with all of my goods I wanted to purchase. What a joke, company is clearly going out of business and it shows. I remember being excited to go to Academy with my family and the business has changed a lot in the past years."
