"We came today to look/buy shoes. 3// around :a.m. The shoe associate was so rude w attitude and throwing boxes. She asked in a rude way if we needed help which we didn't. We were talking amongst our selfs n that's when she began grabbing boxes and placing them all rough. She took it upon her self to grab boxes that we were gna try on so we just left n took other shoes. Real nasty attitude. Ugh"
"This store reminds me of Service Merchandise... Where the customers are on their own. Very poor customer service, and you would think that during the pandemic that ALL retailers should have in place A WHOLE NEW OUTLOOK AND POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!"
