"Popped my front driver side tire on the Tesla Model X. Contacted Tesla and they contract services with ABC Towing. Derek came out to save the day and was fantastic. He called to let me know when he was on his way and shared his ETA. He showed his ID. He told me everything was going to be ok and walked me through the process since this is my first time ever encountering something like this. He put on the loaner wheel. He was so fast and efficient. Thank you Derek so much!"
