Wonderful customer service! I had to replace a busted toilet seat and wasn't sure how to deal with ~40 year-old grout without busting the porcelain. "Ryan" explained exactly how to do it, and - voilà- success! I'll definitely continue to buy lighting and plumbing items from A-Boy, including a new toilet when needed...

These guys have apparently not heard about the global supply chain shortage. They had everything I have been looking for 4 days. Wish I had started here first.

Every experience I've had here has been excellent; they know the products; they know where they are located in the store. They always have helpful insight into how to use what you're buying, as well. Highly recommended for electrical; have not looked for plumbing things there but I imagine they are just as good.

It’s a nice store and I bought several things. I’ve been past it many times and I was looking for a specific accent lightbulb. The associate stealthy hovered around me the entire time I was there. I surrendered my backpack upon entering and would have gladly been strip searched rather than being made to feel as though I was up to no good. At one point I even placed the items I was holding in front of him and assured him I was not there to steal. I know how it is in today’s world but there is still such a thing as tact. I will never go back. These items could have easily been purchased on Amazon and I would not have been made to feel uncomfortable.

We've worked with A-Boy multiple times now purchasing plumbing fixture for our kitchen and bathrooms and electrical fixtures throughout the house. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are excellent as well for quality product. We've found our fixtures to be cheaper than online and we get to hold/see them before buying. They will continue to receive my business.
