It says that it is open but yet the doors are locked and this has been an ongoing issue with this gentleman working over night I mean what happened 711 thought you never closed.

I was yesterday at 11:02 pm,and it is closed.somebody inside indicated me bad that is closed.NEVER HE WAS COMING TO ME FOR GIVING A REASON.May be the manager doesn't care what they do.because supposed opening 24 hours everyday.no sign on the door .and last time they did it bad service too.

Signs were up advertising a pizza and 16 boneless wings for $10, so I asked for that along with a beverage I was purchasing. The clerk had trouble ringing up the pizza and wings at the discounted price, after a few minutes he was able to complete the sale. Then after a few more minutes of waiting for the food, the clerk and a manager came out an said they did not have the boneless wings, but could substitute meatballs, I told them that would be fine. It then took about 10 to 15 minutes for my food to be prepared. Edit: Really? THREE MONTHS after my extremely detailed review about the service being SLOW, 7-Eleven's only response is asking for more details.

Rude staff (the people who work night shifts) I went in 09/11/21 around midnight and everything was fine until we got to the register, I had gotten 3 bags of chips and one drink. I changed my mind on some chips so I went to put away the one bag I didn’t want no more and get another kind. When I bring it back, the cashier was unaware so I told him I’m just switching chips just incase he wants to scan the new bag to replace the other ones. He just kept saying “nah nah” and I was confuse so I explained again that I just switched our chips and he then again said “nah nah nah” and hand waved no. He then refused to check me out and put all the Items away. This 7-eleven needs better customer service.
