"I really appreciate the concierge for their helps (especially Matthew, he’s very passionate about his job) . Not only they look after us for our safety, they are also in charge of helping the residents like getting us dolly/hand trucks, holding the door for us, getting the elevators for us, etc. They even memorize/know all residents so they are alert of the strangers coming in (asking them to sign in when they go up). I love living in this building because of all the nice staffs here =]"

"Starting with the positives, the apartments are super pretty, very clean and modern looking! The amenities are pretty good and overall this complex is beautiful clean with a great location! But like the previous reviews I have lost numerous packages here in the two years I've lived here! Some very expensive ones too like a Mac book pro! When it comes to tracking packages the apartment team is not very helpful they want you to communicate to hellopackages which is next to useless! Secondly yes the building didn't seem the safest in the past with an intruder entering and that too on our floor but it was managed by the police with no one getting hurt but yes I saw the intruder myself with a machete! Pretty scary! I think they've improved the security with getting fobs installed at the elevators but should also install cams in them! And thirdly the garage door is always getting repaired and the trash chute is almost always down! I hope the team can work on the negative reviews to make it al better experience for their residents! Super confused if I should renew the lease or not!"

"Tour to move-in was super easy. Taylor was wonderful and incredibly responsive to all emails, texts, questions, accommodations (always within minutes). People who responded on her day off also very nice and did easy follow-up. Other places we toured took us on min frustrating tours, huge reason we leased here was because the tour was so easy, we were in and out in min. Building is very nice and we love our apartment. Only thing that could make it better is a dog run in the back, but of course we knew that coming. Otherwise everyone from office, concierge, and maintenance has been lovely! Specifically, Taylor, Luther, and Nicole all so nice. Forgetting a few names… we are happy campers! As for these package reviews, yea it's not great, but I think there are pros/cons to any system. The last building I lived had Luxor locker and the curriers would consistently put my packages into "" instead of "" and I never received some very expensive packages, then for anything that didn't fit or currier didn't have time for, the'd leave at front desk, I'd have to wait in a long line to talk to concierge to try to find it, and they'd be sorting through a room just like this one. so ... packages are just hard lol. Ultimately of the buildings in the area, feel strongly that this building and possibly Modera are the nicest/best. Apts feel a bit bigger here though and taller/higher views."

"Been here for a week. Apartment overall is great so far. Staff is amazing, feels safe, clean. Modern amenities. But the package system is an absolute mess. And package delivery is such a frequent part of everyday life. I'd rather have subpar amenities but a nice package system. It takes me minutes to find my packages sometimes. My last apartment used Amazon Locker and it worked beautifully. I don't know why this apartment is going with Hello Package. I get a lot of packages, and it scares me thinking of how much time I'll waste trying to find my package in the messy system. Again, staff is amazing, apartment is clean and well managed. Package system absolutely needs to be changed."
