"This was the first time our non-profit organization has worked with an IT company and it was a wonderful experience! We had horrible networking issues before this. No one could connect to the internet and the productivity of our team was lagging because we couldn't get any work done. IT came and diagnosed what the problems were and fixed all of our issues in a timely and affordable manner. The team of technicians that worked in our facilities were friendly and patient. Most of us aren't "tech savvy" they were able to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They are confident in the work that they do and they are good at what they do.
